Refund policy

Every item in our team stores is made to order and personalized with a player's name and number. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges — including for sizing or a name or number entered incorrectly at checkout. Please check the size chart and your spelling before you place the order.

The only exception is a production error on our end. If something went wrong during printing or the item arrived damaged, message us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with a photo and we'll reprint it at no charge. Custom orders placed outside the online store follow our custom order terms: a 50% non-refundable deposit at ordering, with the balance due at completion.
