Team Store FAQ

How ordering works

Pick your team's store, choose the garment, color and size, then type your player's last name and number in the boxes above the Add to cart button. The name and number print on the back at no extra charge, exactly as you enter them, so double-check spelling before you check out.

Pricing

Sizes S–XL: T-shirt $25, Crewneck $35, Hoodie $40.

(Sizes 2XL and up are a few dollars more to cover the larger garment: 2XL +$2, 3XL +$4, 4XL +$6, 5XL +$8.)

Turnaround

Everything is printed in-house on Long Island. Your order is ready within 10 business days of payment, maximum. Most are done sooner.

Pickup or shipping

Local pickup is free — choose it at checkout and we'll message you when your order is ready. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Sizing

All garments are unisex sizing. A size chart is on every product page. If you want a roomier, oversized fit, go up one size.

Care

Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.

Where it's made

Our blank garments are imported. Every design is printed in-house on Long Island, NY.

Refunds

Every item is made to order and personalized, so there are no refunds, returns or exchanges — including for sizing or a name entered incorrectly at checkout. The only exception is a production error on our end: if something went wrong during printing, message us within 7 days with a photo and we'll reprint it at no charge. You are entitled to a written copy of our refund policy on request — just email us.

Custom artwork and logos

We print what you send us and rely on you to have the rights to it. By ordering, you confirm you own — or have permission from the rightful owner to use — any name, number, logo, image, phrase or design on your item, and you take responsibility for any claim that it infringes someone else's rights. We don't verify licensing, we may decline any design we believe is infringing, and we won't reproduce licensed characters, brand logos or trademarks without proof of permission.
